Iconic Egyptian Theatre Reopens on November 9th with Diverse Lineup of Programming

The Egyptian Theatre, one of Los Angeles’ oldest and most iconic movie palaces, is set to reopen its doors on November 9, 2023, after undergoing an extensive renovation to restore it to its original glory.

• November 27-December 31: A holiday film festival, featuring screenings of classic holiday films such as “It’s a Wonderful Life” (1946), “Miracle on 34th Street” (1947), and “White Christmas” (1954).

In addition to the above programming, the Egyptian Theatre will also host a variety of other events throughout the year, including concerts, film festivals, and educational programs.
